Un week-end in Poiana Tapului
Cand timpul si betoanele parca ne preseaza simtim nevoia sa evadam cat mai rapid. Pentru noi bucurestenii cel mai usor este sa dam o fuga pe Valea Prahovei, dar parca ne sperie si mai tare aglomeratia din Sinaia, Busteni sau Predeal. Eu am gasit o alternativa: Poiana Tapului. Cazarea este si mai ieftina, doi pasi pana in Busteni 
si un traseu spre Cascada Urlatoarea mult mai frumos, mai usor si mai linistit decat cel care porneste de sub telecabina din Busteni. Ca punct de reper aveti biserica din Poiana Tapului, iar prima strada pe partea stanga este cea care se numeste chiar Strada Urlatoarei. Exista si un indicator care va anunta ca mai aveti 45 de minute pana la cascada si este cat se poate de corect. Este foarte putin de urcat si seamana mai mult cu o plimbare prin padure iar cascada merita vazuta si revazuta (eu am mai fost de vreo trei ori dar intotdeauna pe traseul de la Busteni). 
Pentru cei care vor sa faca si un picnic la Urlatoare exista doua variante: mancarea in rucsac la purtator sau un mic si o bere la gura cascadei la un pret cei drept un pic mai ridicat. Dar nu-i bai, pana la urma privelistea conteaza si un pic de relaxare, nu-i asa ?
Cine vrea sa adauge si putina hrana sufleteasca trebuie sa aleaga pentru intoarcere drumul spre Busteni, sa coboare spre oras de la Telecabina 
si pe partea dreapta va vedea un indicator spre Manastirea Caraiman, un loc cu adevarat binecuvantat. Se urca putin prin padure apoi la dreapta se vede manastirea si bradul in forma de policandru cu crucea in varf, inconjurat de o constructie unde se afla Aghezmatarul
, locul cel mai iubit de credinciosi si foarte incarcat energetic. Aici vin multi pelerini care se roaga pentru sanatate si pleaca simtindu-se mult mai bine, mai ales dupa ce primesc si binecuvantarea parintelui Gherontie, un om cu adevarat sfant. Pentru cei care aleg sa vina cu masina pot urca la manastire pe strada Palanca. Dar oricum ar fi important este sa ajungeti la Manastirea Caraiman. Este o adevarata sarbatoare pentru suflet.
